König + Neurath achieves 23% more turnover

German office furniture manufacturer König + Neurath reached a turnover of EUR 141 million in 2011, a 23% growth compared with 2010.
Against the industry trend, this increase was mainly caused in domestic sales, which grew with 27%. König + Neurath managed to improve its position with large customers and in the contract business.
Carl-Christoph Held, Chairman of the Board and CEO said: “This positive result confirms our strategy to invest in quality and intensive research and development.”
Supported by this positive result and the general economic climate, Carl-Christoph Held expressed optimism about 2012 with many new product developments, investments in machinery, human resource development and the Orgatec in autumn upcoming.
